Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Handyman/Super to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and maintenance work that may include basic plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering and apt maintenance as well as maintaining garbage and building cleanliness. Position includes a free two bedroom apartment as well.
You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain 50 residential units on Academy Street in Upper Manhattan.
- Light plumbing, electric, painting, plastering and cleaning buildings.
- Interact with residential tenants in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
- Knowledge of building maintenance
- Must have tools and equipment
- Ability communicate effictively
Compensation: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
